We are leaving from the shop at 6pm tonight for our Thursday Adventure Road Ride. This week the A-group is TBD and the B-group will be heading towards Hadlock Pond.
A-group: Route TBD, Pace 17-19mph
B-group: Route Hadlock Pond, Pace 15-17mph, 25mi, 1200 ft of climbing
Saturday Morning Workout: 8am at the shop, bring your bike and trainer a join us for a high intensity workout. Normally an hour and a half.
Thursday Night Movie Night: 6pm at the shop, bring your bike and trainer and join us for a casual spin and a movie. We pick a different movie each week, sometimes a classic, sometimes a new movie!

Saturday Morning-8am High intensity road ride alternating between the Gansevoort Loop (32 mi) and the Kingsbury Loop (29 mi).
Thursday Adventure Ride- 6pm from the shop, This ride is made to take you out of your comfort zone. The routes will alternate each week and range from 2-3 hrs. Most weeks we will have an "A" and "B" group. Routes will be posted on Facebook and our website.
Tuesday Night Mountain bike- 6:00 pm, From The Shop, or 6:30 at Gurney Lane. Every even Tuesday we will meet at Gurney Lane at 6:30 pm. Every Odd we meet at the shop at 6 pm.
