Since we would only have time for a 30min ride we are calling it for Thursday Nights. We are still riding on Saturday Mornings and Tuesday Night Mountain bike rides. Thank you to everyone that came out and made Thursday nights fun, See you next season!

Saturday Morning Workout: 8am at the shop, bring your bike and trainer a join us for a high intensity workout. Normally an hour and a half.
Thursday Night Movie Night: 6pm at the shop, bring your bike and trainer and join us for a casual spin and a movie. We pick a different movie each week, sometimes a classic, sometimes a new movie!

Saturday Morning-8am High intensity road ride alternating between the Gansevoort Loop (32 mi) and the Kingsbury Loop (29 mi).
Thursday Adventure Ride- 6pm from the shop, This ride is made to take you out of your comfort zone. The routes will alternate each week and range from 2-3 hrs. Most weeks we will have an "A" and "B" group. Routes will be posted on Facebook and our website.
Tuesday Night Mountain bike- 6:00 pm, From The Shop, or 6:30 at Gurney Lane. Every even Tuesday we will meet at Gurney Lane at 6:30 pm. Every Odd we meet at the shop at 6 pm.
