This week we will be heading south for a quick ride, due to prior arrangements for Steve and Niles. Meet at the shop at 6 pm. We will have an A, B, and C group. A and B will be heading out for 20 miles and staggered start times.
A-group pace: 18-20 mph
B-group pace: 15-17 mph
C-group pace: 13-15 mph

Saturday Morning Workout: 8am at the shop, bring your bike and trainer a join us for a high intensity workout. Normally an hour and a half.
Thursday Night Movie Night: 6pm at the shop, bring your bike and trainer and join us for a casual spin and a movie. We pick a different movie each week, sometimes a classic, sometimes a new movie!

Saturday Morning-8am High intensity road ride alternating between the Gansevoort Loop (32 mi) and the Kingsbury Loop (29 mi).
Thursday Adventure Ride- 6pm from the shop, This ride is made to take you out of your comfort zone. The routes will alternate each week and range from 2-3 hrs. Most weeks we will have an "A" and "B" group. Routes will be posted on Facebook and our website.
Tuesday Night Mountain bike- 6:00 pm, From The Shop, or 6:30 at Gurney Lane. Every even Tuesday we will meet at Gurney Lane at 6:30 pm. Every Odd we meet at the shop at 6 pm.
